Role Overview
As a Reservation Associate, you will manage bookings, handle guest communication, update availability, process payments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations across multiple channels
- Communicate with guests to handle inquiries and special requests
- Update availability and rates accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and booking processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Prior hospitality or reservation experience is an advantage
- Passion for guest experience and community-driven hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
