Roles & Responsibility
- Process telephone and email reservations according to room and rate availability, ensuring that full and accurate details are obtained and input accordingly into PMS.
- Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers and credit requests, ensuring that the hotels policy is adhered to at all times.
- Process all reservations and extranet messages ensuring that all bookings are accurate.
- To be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures.
- To ensure that all reservations standards and procedures are met with regard to reservations and system input.
- Update reservations, to input and record cancellations and amendments, making sure all bookings are accurate.
- To liaise with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure that VIP guests are recognized as part of the VIP procedures, including room allocations, amenities and arrival welcome.
- To determine from reservations any sales leads for future business and ensure these are passed to the sales department.
- Ensure reservations are taken accurately & traces are in place for the front office to follow up as required.
- Ensure that reservations include accurate billing details and that the accounts department have the required back-up.
Experience: Fresher or Min 1 Year in Front Office or Reservation
Communication : Fluent in English
Education: Bachelors in Hospitality/Hotel Management
Salary: 25 K to 28 K
