Responsibilities:
- The position of Research Associate is to effectively and efficiently support the Head Leadership Hiring in reaching the goal of a rich and deep pool of exceptional candidates that will lead to the expedient closure of any given assignment.
- Head-Hunting: Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower for top level mandates relevant to work experience, job profile, functional expertise and organizational set ups as required.
- Interacting with candidates to understand their Capabilities, Strengths and Limitations before shortlisting and representing candidates.
- You will be responsible for identifying the list of executives for evaluation and consideration during a search.
- You will create a target list of companies and executives to match the specifications for the assignment and continue to research relevant information throughout the course of the search.
- As a Research Associate you will also help support Head Leadership Hiring in the assemblage of relevant information.
- Conducting research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and map out potential talent pools within specific sectors.
- Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
- Database Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within the company&aposs database.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field
Experience: 6 to 10 years
