5-8 years of experience in program management, research operations, or participant recruitment

75% focus on recruiting Salesforce participants for research activities and managing outreach campaigns

Experience building and maintaining 5-6 research panels from existing customer databases

25% contribution to strategic programs, process improvement, and program building initiatives

Hands-on experience with research platforms like UserTesting, Qualtrics, and other research tools
