Position Summary
The primary focus of the Research Support Coordinator will to be to assist with management of the Network project base, partnership pool and Innovate's highly valued proprietary panel asset.
The role of this individual is support based to aid in any member inquiries, issues, or problems they may have being a member of PointClub, Business Insight Hub or Ivy Exec.
Additionally, this role will be trained (if necessary) to utilize the HasOffers (TUNE) platform and proprietary Edge technology to prepare any tasks necessary to deliver market research projects.
The role will work closely with the Innovate Supply Team to deliver projects, grow our supplier pool and drive top level panelist satisfaction.
The position will require a strong delivery focus with an eye towards accuracy and managing evolving company needs, along with supporting Supply-specific initiatives and excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Tasks:
Use the TANGO and Tremendous panel incentive platforms
Understand Zendesk and its functionality
Respond to member queries
Learn both 3rd party and proprietary tracking tools.
Cost confirmation and invoicing.
Analysis & reporting.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively troubleshooting issues and identifying and implementing realistic and cost effect solutions.
Maintain strong relationship with Operations and Vendors during the entire project process, reporting regularly on campaign status.
Support existing and new Vendor relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable and mutually beneficial.
Utilize online tools to research and prospect new potential affiliate partners.
Stay carefully organized with many internal and external conversations.
Aiding in the company's affiliate marketing strategy.
Providing excellent customer service to our internal panel of survey-takers.
Skillset:
Up to 2 years of demonstrated quantitative marketing research, project management experience or customer support.
Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented, flexible, and resourceful.
Must adhere to the highest level of customer satisfaction standards in the industry.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Experience managing vendors and/or working in customer service is preferable.
Adept at using technological resources including Excel and an aptitude to use web-based survey tools.
