Key Responsibilities:
Research Planning
- Develop and design comprehensive research projects, experiments, and studies targeting specific scientific questions.
- Prepare detailed research plans including methodologies, timelines, and resource requirements.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Perform experiments and collect accurate data using scientific techniques and specialized equipment.
- Analyze and interpret results to draw meaningful conclusions and inform decision-making.
Literature Review
- Continuously review scientific literature and emerging research to stay current with advancements in the field.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and opportunities for further research.
Hypothesis Testing
- Formulate hypotheses and rigorously test them through controlled experimentation.
- Evaluate experimental outcomes to validate or refute hypotheses.
Innovation and Problem Solving
- Apply critical thinking and creativity to solve complex scientific problems.
- Propose and develop innovative approaches and solutions.
Collaboration

Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to guarantee accuracy and reliability in experiments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Ph.D. preferred or considered a plus).
- Proven experience in planning and executing research projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
