Research Scientist - ADLJob Description Business: PPL Department: Analytical Development Location: Navi Mumbai Travel: Low Job Overview We are seeking an experienced analytical professional with strong expertise in analytical method development and validation for peptide molecules. The role involves independent execution of method validation, method transfer to the manufacturing plant, and preparation of validation protocols, reports, specifications, and STPs. Key and Responsibility: - Strong expertise in analytical method development for peptide molecules - Ability to independently perform analytical method validation - Conduct and/or support method transfer activity to Plant - Sound knowledge of preparation of validation protocols and reports - Experience in preparing specifications and MOAs (STP) - Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and GCHeadspace - Working knowledge of Amino Acid Analyzer - Ability to handle and mentor a team of 23 members - Capable of handling customer interactions and technical discussions - Good communication and documentation skills - Conduct instrument calibration and maintain calibration schedules as per the calibration planner - Provide technical support during customer audits, discussions, and project meetings - Strictly follow departmental systems, safety practices, and discipline while working - Complete assigned activities within stipulated timelines - Ensure strict adherence to GLP compliance. Preferred candidate profile: - Masters/bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field. - Basic understanding of peptide synthesis principles is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
