Job Description

The Research Pricing team is responsible for managing Research client relationships. We are in charge of end to end

research account management which includes MIFIDII price negotiation, contract implementation, monitoring research

consumption, broker review analysis, invoicing and overall client support.

The Research Pricing team is responsible for managing Research client relationships. We are in charge of end to end

research account management which includes MIFIDII price negotiation, contract implementation, monitoring research

consumption, broker review analysis, invoicing and overall client support.

  • You will be responsible for managing a number of research client relationships, which includes:
  • A full understanding of your clients research agreements
  • Monitor consumption vs payment
  • Compile usage data ahead of internal and external client meetings
  • Internal and external readership and consumption reporting
  • Invoicing and client related queries
  • You will be expected to build client relationships and respond to your clients questions on consumption, pricing,

entitlements and invoicing.

  • Looking for a self-starter with an investigative mindset to fully understand our pricing framework and rationale.
  • Become one of the principal team members for consumption vs payment analysis and reporting.
  • You will be expected to produce interaction analysis using advanced tableau and excel formula.
  • Have an operational excellence mindset with a view to process efficiencies as the team evolves.
  • Develop internal relationships across the organization with Technology, Research Analysts, Sales, SRM and

Global Commission management.

Attributes and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset.
  • Advanced (formula building) MS Excel skills.
  • Basic macro knowledge (automating processes).
  • Tableau experience in dashboard design and data layer optimization.
  • The candidate MUST be able to thrive in a fast-paced and intense environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter with good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and

as part of a team.

  • BA/BS degree with relevant coursework in mathematics, accounting, finance and statistics; or quantitative

coursework in economics and business is our preference.

  • Curiosity to learn new business concepts and technology solutions
  • Proactive and energetic approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
