Summary
We are looking for a detailoriented candidate to support our outbound pipeline generation and marketing automation efforts. This hybrid role combines prospecting research with Pardot management, helping fuel our sales and marketing engine.
- Outbound Research & Prospecting Support (Cold Outbound)
- Build prospect lists to support outbound activities of the SDR
- Conduct research on companies and buyer personas to ensure accurate targeting
- Identify and enrich contact information using tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce
- Maintain clean data inside Salesforce and ensure all key information is properly captured
- Marketing automation tool and website update tasks
- Create and manage nurture tracks, including strategy, segmentation, and automation rules
- Build, test, and schedule email sends to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Monitor and optimize email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
- Maintain consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and best practices for assets in Pardot
- Support website updates in WordPress, including making content edits,
Requirements
- Experience with tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce, Wordpress and Pardot/MCAE
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, lists, and CRM processes
- Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive
