Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a detailoriented candidate to support our outbound pipeline generation and marketing automation efforts. This hybrid role combines prospecting research with Pardot management, helping fuel our sales and marketing engine.

  • Outbound Research & Prospecting Support (Cold Outbound)
  • Build prospect lists to support outbound activities of the SDR
  • Conduct research on companies and buyer personas to ensure accurate targeting
  • Identify and enrich contact information using tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce
  • Maintain clean data inside Salesforce and ensure all key information is properly captured
  • Marketing automation tool and website update tasks
  • Create and manage nurture tracks, including strategy, segmentation, and automation rules
  • Build, test, and schedule email sends to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
  • Maintain consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and best practices for assets in Pardot
  • Support website updates in WordPress, including making content edits,

Requirements

  • Experience with tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce, Wordpress and Pardot/MCAE
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data, lists, and CRM processes
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive
