Role Overview: At Integrow Asset Management, we are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Research Analyst Intern to support our Marketing & Strategy Team with market intelligence, investor research, and industry analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on real estate market trends and industry developments.
- Collect and organize information on investors, HNIs, family offices, and investment firms.
- Track and analyze competitor activities within the real estate and investment space.
- Maintain research databases and trackers using Excel.
- Prepare research reports and market insights.
- Support the team with data collection and market intelligence requirements.
- Assist in creating investor and competitor mapping reports.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned research tasks.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Strategy Team on ongoing projects.
What we are looking for:
- Recent Post Graduates with an interest in Real Estate, Finance, Investments, or Business.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms, and the ability to use them effectively for research, data gathering, summarization, and report preparation while ensuring the accuracy of outputs.
- Good written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
