Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and support M&A research and analysis efforts related to potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, and deal evaluation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify potential M&A targets
  • Analyze financial statements, business models, and strategic fit of target companies
  • Support due diligence efforts by compiling and organizing relevant data
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and deal flow
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership
