Research Executive

JD:

1. Handling End to End Research Stages

-Proposal Writing

-Developing Research Instruments like discussion guides, research stimulus materials, secondary market information, creation of discussion guides

-Content Analysis -Prepare Top line reports and draft simple to moderately complex presentations to clients

2. Project Management

-Planning & prioritizing the project

-Briefing the Project Management Teams on the Study

-Debriefing the moderators on the DG & finalizing & supervising the RQ with the PM team

-Finalizing Estimates, Costing & Budgeting for projects

-Launching/Listing the Project details in the internal software

-Coordinate with project management team to ensure smooth flow of project

-Follow up with Project Management team towards raising invoices

-Follow-up as per timelines with the Relevant teams(Project Management, Finance etc)

- Should be able to manage multiple projects at a time

3. Client Management

-Should be able to manage clients independently for routine matters and queries on on going projects

-Attending client meetings, providing insights

- Meet client/ seniors expectation by ensuring Error free deliverable

4.Collaborate within the team and all other teams/ departments with least amount of intervention from supervisors
