About the Role

We are looking for a research-oriented candidate to identify cybersecurity training trends, explore new course opportunities, analyse competitors and source suitable trainers.

What You Will Do

• Research cybersecurity trends, certifications and market demand.
• Identify new courses, workshops and competitor offerings.
• Source and connect with cybersecurity trainers and industry experts.
• Maintain trainer databases and research trackers.
• Prepare research reports and recommend new training opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in market research, training coordination, L&D, technical recruitment or trainer sourcing.
• Strong research, communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge or interest in cybersecurity and IT.
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Freshers with relevant projects, internships or certifications may apply.
