About the Role

We are seeking a Research & Cold Calling VA to support a commercial real estate broker in identifying and engaging churches, ministries, schools, and other organizations that may be interested in acquiring a property in Bethesda, Maryland. This role focuses on research, lead qualification, outbound calling, and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify qualified churches, ministries, schools, and related organizations.
  • Find key decision-makers and gather accurate contact information.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls using approved scripts.
  • Qualify prospects and secure permission for property information to be shared.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and broker follow-up calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in Google Sheets.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Provide regular updates on research findings and outreach progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify leads.
  • Strong research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and VoIP calling platforms.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus.

  • Strong research, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (flexibility available based on business needs)

Pay Rate:

  • $3.5 - $6.25 per hour.
