Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments according to established protocols.
- Collect and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Aid in the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones.

- Perform chemical analyses to determine the composition of products and materials.
- Utilize analytical techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities and findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry.
- 1–3 years of experience in organic and/or Polymer synthesis and formulation in chemical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory synthesis equipment (reflux, reactors, rotary evaporators, purification tools).
- Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and organic chemistry principles.
- Good documentation, observation, and analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/QMS and lab safety protocols.
