Role Description

The Research Associate role at Insights Alchemy is a full-time position based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for partial remote work. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting and managing market research projects, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights for clients. Key tasks include designing research methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, creating comprehensive reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Primary research methodologies including quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Strong data collection and analysis skills, with experience in surveys, interviews, and focus groups
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), statistical software, or other relevant platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information
• Previous experience in market research or analytics is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, including onsite work in Gurugram as needed

Experience:

0.5 - 2 years of relevant professional experience in primary B2B/Healthcare research or analytics

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Pharmacy (B.Pharma), or MBA preferred
