Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly complete interview targets as per project requirements.
- Maintain respondent quota distribution by geography, demographics, and industry sector.
- Ensure timely start and closure of allocated sample batches.
- Accurately record responses in the CATI system without paraphrasing or personal interpretation.
- Adapt to new survey tools, scripts, and quality control procedures quickly.
