Roles and Responsibilities-
- High-quality support to lead researchers from consulting practice and academia.
- Plans organize and conduct research-related activities in the projects assigned.
- Understands specific research purpose and objectives and supports the research design.
- Ability to understand the dynamics of the industry and family businesses and prepare background briefs.
- Coordinate on an ongoing basis with businesses, key stakeholders involved and the research team, for all project management activities.
- Getting involved in data collection required for the research project and build databases.
- Collects and analyses information for accuracy, validity, and applicability.
- Extract reports from databases, libraries, archives, and other online resources.
- Scrutinizes large data and simplifies information to address research objectives.
- Identifies market trends and uses analytical frameworks to achieve research goals.
- Willingness to conduct primary and secondary research.
- Provide support for output generation (reports, case studies, presentations etc.)
- Provide support to develop proposals and requests for projects and follow-up activities.
- Ability to match the client's requirements and thrive in a challenging environment.
Required Competence -:
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Data collection and analysis skills
- Conceptualization, inferencing, and report writing.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge of research methods and analytical tools, both qualitative and quantitative.
Required Experience -:
- Requires 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Experience in Family Owned & Family Managed businesses will add value.
- Willingness to do planned travel in India & outside.
Should be a Postgraduate in Management.
