What You'll Do

As a Research Associate within BCG Vantage's Global Research Organization (GRO), you will play a critical role in powering BCG's client impact. As part of the India GRO team, you will deliver high-quality secondary research and insights that informs client cases, proposals, and strategic internal initiatives. You will transform complex data into sharp, actionable insights-clearly synthesizing and communicating findings through compelling outputs in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and email.

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple research requests, often coordinate with stakeholders across regions, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Beyond case support, you will help strengthen BCG's institutional knowledge by contributing to knowledge codification and documentation.

As a member of the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) team, you will work on cutting-edge topics in Software, Datacenter, Network infrastructure and other Tech themes. Your work will support strategy development, implementation and innovation - helping shape the future of technology-driven industries.

What You'll Bring

. Undergraduate Degree at the minimum (candidates with Engineering/ Science background)

. Prior work experience (0-1 year) or internship or familiarity in the Software, IT Services domain, Tech and Digital is a strong positive although not mandatory

. Passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and strong in execution

. Basic awareness and working knowledge of GenAI tools passionate about using GenAI tools to unlock efficiency and do deeper work. Any GenAI certification is a strong positive

. Excellent communication skills

The team works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.
