About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and research-oriented Research Assistant Intern to support the development and operation of our academic journal in the field of Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics, AR/VR/XR, Design, Creative Technology and related interdisciplinary domains.
The intern will work closely with the Founder/Publisher and academic team to establish professional journal publishing workflows, support OJS operations, coordinate with authors and reviewers, conduct academic research, and assist with the journal's ISSN and publication-readiness process.
This internship is suitable for students or recent graduates who are interested in academic publishing, research, scholarly communication, journal management, or research administration.
Required Skills- Good research and analytical skills.
- Strong written English.
- Ability to conduct systematic internet research.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of academic research and scholarly publications.
