Research Assistant & Field Investigators

Applications are invited for the positions of Research Assistant (RA) and Field Investigator (FI) under ICSSR-funded research project titled: Ethnographic Insights and Socio-Psychological Deterrents in Women's Career Progression towards Leadership Positions: Sectoral Evidences from Rajasthan. This project is funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi under the special call on Women-Led Development Punyashloka Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Special Call for Women-Led Research on Women-Led Development.

About the Role

Research Assistant and Field Investigator positions are available to support the research project focused on women's career progression and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather data related to the project.
• Assist in the analysis of socio-psychological factors affecting women's leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Research Assistant: Postgraduate in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55%, with NET/ M.Phil. /Ph.D.
• Field Investigator: Postgraduate in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55%.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in data collection and research methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Familiarity with statistical software.

Pay range and compensation package

• Research Assistant: 37,000/month
• Field Investigator: 20,000/month
