We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant to support its online ePGD Program in Innovation amp; Entrepreneurship.If you enjoy entrepreneurship, academic content, course operations, learner engagement, and working with faculty, this could be an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact learning program.

Role: Teaching Assistant

Organization: DSSE, IIT Bombay

Location: IIT-Bombay Campus

Program Focus: Innovation amp; Entrepreneurship

What You'll Do:

• Research and curate course content, case studies, podcasts, presentations amp; reading material

• Coordinate faculty sessions, guest lectures, webinars, Qamp;A sessions amp; Zoom activities

• Manage LMS operations, lecture uploads, announcements amp; learner communication

• Track learner progress and support academic operations

• Evaluate quizzes and assignments as per defined rubrics• Respond to learner queries within specified TATs

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree preferred – MBA/PGDM/MMS/M.Tech/M.Sc/M.Des/M.A. or equivalent

• Relevant Edtech Operations Experience

• Experience in Academia, EdTech, Academic Coordinator/operations coordinator or Course Operations preferred

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas/SpeedGrader is an advantage

• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills

• PMP certification will be an added advantage
