Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Research and Quality Auditor - Fraud Detection. The responsibilities include conducting detailed research to verify academic and professional qualifications, analysing documentation for accuracy and authenticity, and identifying and reporting fraudulent or non-compliant activity. The role involves ensuring quality control for verification processes, maintaining effective communication with institutions and stakeholders, and compiling thorough reports of findings. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance fraud detection systems and methodologies will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities to verify information and analyse documentation
• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to detect inconsistencies
• Proficiency in quality assurance processes and accuracy checks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
• Familiarity with fraud detection techniques and investigative methods
• Proficient in working with data, tools, and technology for verification processes
• Multilingual communication skills are a plus
• Background or experience in compliance, fraud detection, or related fields is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, or Social Sciences
