Requirements
- This role involves conducting research, analyzing data and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
- Conduct user research and identify opportunities to increase engagement
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business strategies
- Execute day to day business operation, ensuring task are completed on time and inline with organizational goals.
- Implement research findings into actionable operations steps.
- Monitor workflows and ensure deliverables meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure seamless execution
- Maintain documented reports and records of day to day deliveries.
