Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material Testing & SOP's
- Lead the testing and evaluation of all incoming raw materials (grit, fillers, resins, chemicals, pigments).
- Establish and enforce SOPs for raw material testing and new design development.
- Ensure test records and input parameters comply with product requirements.
Resin & Filler Quality Assurance
- Conduct comprehensive testing of resin and fillers across all defined parameters.
- Maintain structured test reports aligned with production schedules and product standards.
New Product & Design Development
- Develop new shades, formulations, and innovative product lines aligned with market trends.
- Drive exploration of new designs, conduct market analysis, and translate insights into product development.
- Oversee preparation and testing of daily development samples to ensure sustained quality.
Production Planning & Process Control
- Strategically plan raw material and pigment requirements.
- Verify quality and shade consistency of raw materials and production samples.
- Monitor contamination control and process stability across operations.
In-Process & Final Quality Monitoring
- Validate shade, grit structure, and material quality during production.
- Prepare pre- and post-production lot reports.
- Ensure adherence to defined process parameters for consistent output.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with production teams for trial runs and approvals.
- Provide technical support and formulation checks during manufacturing processes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive product test reports and quality documentation.
- Ensure systematic recording of daily processes, testing results, and observations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong domain expertise in quartz raw materials, formulations, and product testing.
- Proven capability in new product development, shade innovation, and design exploration.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to lead trials and implement process improvements.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with production and quality teams.
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving ability.
