We are looking for an R&D executive with 1 years of experience in the pickle/condiment industry. The candidate will play a key role in developing and scaling recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in our product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test pickle recipes and standardize them for mass production
- Ensure authentic taste consistency and quality control
- Work on shelf-life improvement and ensure compliance with FSSAI norms
- Collaborate with production teams for execution at scale
- Prepare GMP, HACCP and ISO documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Make detailed SOPs for execution of recipes at scale
- Stabilize the recipes without chemical preservatives
- Solve problems related to contamination during execution at scale
