Position:Manager – R&D

Experience: 10+ Years

Ctc- upto 20 % hike on current ctc

working days- 6 days (9 am-5:30 pm)

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of VCB and MV Panels up to 33kV.
• Handle product design, engineering, development, and technical documentation.
• Manage type testing and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and testing teams for product development.
• Improve existing products and develop new electrical switchgear solutions.
• Ensure designs meet performance, safety, quality, and industry requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of VCB, MV Panels, and switchgear design.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, and type testing up to 33kV.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading R&D/product development activities.
