Role Description The Research and Development Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves designing, developing, and improving electronic products and systems aligned with industrial, telecom, and IT infrastructure applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical research, performing feasibility studies, creating prototypes, and executing testing and validation of designs. The engineer will document findings, collaborate with cross-functional engineering and field service teams, and support product enhancements driven by customer requirements and performance data. The position also includes optimizing existing solutions, contributing to new service offerings, and ensuring that developed products meet safety, reliability, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues, interpret test data, and support design decisions.
• Competence in Research and Development (R&D), including concept ideation, feasibility analysis, and iterative design improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Testing activities such as validation, performance evaluation, reliability testing, and debugging of electronic systems.
• Ability to conduct structured Research to gather technical information, benchmark solutions, and support innovation in product and process design.
• Skills in Product Development, including prototyping, design documentation, and collaboration with manufacturing and field teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with industrial electronics, telecom or networking equipment, and embedded systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to work in hands-on lab and field environments.
