About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Research Analyst with strong research, analytical, and writing skills to support our thought leadership and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in business, economics, or management, with the ability to convert complex ideas into clear, compelling insights.
You will contribute to research reports, articles, podcasts, and knowledge pieces that engage business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Analysis
- Conduct secondary research on topics such as succession, governance, branding, leadership, family enterprise strategy, and SME growth.
- Collect and analyze information from credible business and policy sources (CMIE, RBI, World Bank, Statista, etc.).
- Contribute to the creation of annual research reports, thematic papers, and case compendiums.
2. Writing & Content Development
- Draft thought leadership blogs, reports, articles, and case studies aligned with the content strategy.
- Write summaries and insights for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and media collaborations.
- Support podcast scripting, research, guest coordination, and episode planning.
3. Editing & Storytelling
- Ensure clarity, structure, accuracy, and consistency across written and audio-visual content.
- Convert research findings into engaging narratives combining storytelling with data.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to enhance editorial and visual impact.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in research writing, consulting, journalism, or content development (preferably in business/economics).
- Experience working with editorial agencies or media platforms (YouTube/newspaper/online media).
- Strong command over written English and analytical reasoning.
- Familiarity with business and policy data sources with basic interpretation skills.
- Understanding of business models, market trends, management concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

- Experience writing for consulting firms, think tanks, research organizations, or business media.
- Curiosity about entrepreneurship, family enterprises, and India's business landscape.
- Ability to structure long-form research content in a clear, visually appealing way.
