Job Description
· Assist in updating monthly / quarter valuation models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Performance Multiple (PM) and other valuation methodologies
· Compile and maintain supporting documentation for financial assumptions, company comparables and key valuation inputs used in valuation analyses
· Update models to reflect actual business performance and perform variance analysis against expected performance
· Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Deal Analysts, Investor Relations, Senior Management, and Internal and External Audit teams, to provide analysis and deliverables
· Analyze value creation drivers and access factors contributing to valuation changes throughout the holding period of investments
· Support the enhancement of reporting processes, analytical frameworks and operational procedures to improve efficiency and insights
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience in building and maintaining valuation models, including DCF, Market Approach and Option Pricing Models
· Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial and valuation data
· Understanding of alternative investment strategies across private equity and other asset classes
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Familiarity with valuation and data management platforms such as iLEVEL and 73 Strings a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings with rationale to diverse stakeholders
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in valuation, investment analysis, or a related field
· Master's degree in Finance, Accounting , Economics or a related discipline or Chartered Accountant
· CFA charterholder or candidate status preferred, but not required
