Reports To: Founder, with day-to-day coordination with the Executive Assistant

Role Summary

We are looking for a curious, organised, and detail-oriented Research Analyst who can conduct online research, verify information, prepare comparison sheets, and present clear summaries and recommendations to support business decisions across weddings, real estate, and luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research on venues, vendors, competitors, locations, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Use Google, websites, social media, reviews, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Prepare structured comparison sheets using Google Sheets/Excel, covering pricing, capacity, features, links, and other relevant details.
• Summarise findings into concise reports with clear recommendations.
• Verify facts and cross-check AI-generated information before submission.
• Contact vendors, venues, or brokers to confirm pricing and availability when required.
• Maintain a research log with deadlines, status, and links to completed work.
• Deliver accurate, well-organised research within agreed timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA (Economics/English), BMM, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2024–2026 graduates preferred; 60% or above is sufficient.
• Excellent written communication in English; Hindi/Punjabi is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Docs.
• Regular user of AI research tools with the ability to verify information independently.
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, patience, and attention to detail.
• Candidates based in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas preferred.

Preferred Background

Academic research projects, content writing, blogging, social media management, internships, or college committee experience.
