The Role:
You will work with senior consultants on client engagements involving research, analysis, policy advisory, techno-commercial assessment and strategy in green hydrogen, clean fuels and renewable energy. The role is designed for early-career professionals with strong analytical ability, structured thinking and clear communication skills. Deep sector knowledge is not required the ability to learn quickly and convert information into useful insights is more important.
Key Responsibilities
Research and synthesize information from policy documents, tenders, company disclosures, government sources and industry reports.
Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, simple models and market benchmarks.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, implications and client-relevant insights.
Translate analysis into clear PowerPoint decks, briefing notes, reports and proposal inputs.
Structure ambiguous questions, connect data points and support well-reasoned conclusions.
Work with senior team members to deliver high-quality outputs with accuracy, clarity and attention to detail.
Who We're Looking For
Experience: 0-2 years internships, live projects and research assignments count.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Management, Energy, Environment or a related discipline.
Institute preference: Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes such as IITs, NITs, IISc, BITS, DTU, NSUT, reputed state engineering colleges, or top management institutes.
Core skills: Excel, structured thinking, business writing, PowerPoint and data interpretation.
Mindset: intellectually curious, high-ownership, detail-oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity.

Analytical depth - ability to work with incomplete information, identify patterns and extract meaning.
Insight over information - ability to interpret facts, draw conclusions and flag what matters for the client.
Clear communication - crisp writing, structured slides and outputs suitable for senior audiences.
Speed of learning - ability to quickly understand new topics and apply them in client work.
Reliability - accuracy, ownership and consistency in day-to-day delivery.
Nice to Have, Not Required
Internship, coursework or project exposure in green hydrogen, clean fuels, renewable energy, sustainability, infrastructure or consulting.
Exposure to techno-commercial analysis, policy research, market sizing, financial modeling or data analytics.
Familiarity with Python, Power BI, GIS or other analytical tools.
