Research analyst / CRM specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-orientedResearch Analyst / CRM Specialistto join our team in Ahmedabad. This isnot a typical data-entry role we are seeking someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent English proficiency, and solid technical skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting advanced internet research using Google search operators
• Analyzing LinkedIn and Facebook profiles to extract meaningful insights
• Cleaning, structuring, and organizing datasets in Excel
• Managing and updating records in Zoho CRM
• Understanding the context of the magic industry and sourcing relevant contacts creatively

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong command of English (written & comprehension)
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Experience with Excel (data cleaning, structuring)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Ability to think laterally and work independently
