We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to drive our sales initiatives and expand our global footprint.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Analyst to support data, research, and insights initiatives across the AI and GCC ecosystem. This role combines database management, multi-source data collection, and primary and secondary research, contributing to proprietary research frameworks and industry analyses.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Database Management

• Build, manage, and maintain structured databases for research and reporting
• Collect and consolidate data from sources such as LinkedIn, CMIE, MCA, company websites, and public datasets
• Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform data enrichment and cross-verification across multiple sources

Research & Insights (GCC and Technology Ecosystem)

• Conduct in-depth research on the Global Capability Center (GCC) landscape in India
• Track trends across AI, analytics, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
• Support the development of reports, market maps, and industry insights
• Analyze company strategies, capability development trends, and talent movements

Research Frameworks & Leadership Engagement

• Support the development of proprietary research frameworks and benchmarking models
• Identify and profile companies across defined maturity dimensions
• Assist in CXO and leadership interviews, including preparation, research briefs, note-taking, and synthesis
• Translate qualitative insights into structured research outputs

Content & Intelligence Support

• Collaborate with research and editorial teams to develop insight-driven content
• Create company profiles, ecosystem analyses, and trend reports
• Maintain documentation of research methodologies and data sources

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in research, data analysis, or database management
• Strong experience handling large datasets and multi-source data collection
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, CMIE, MCA filings, and similar sources
• High attention to detail with a strong data validation mindset
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced functions, data cleaning)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights

Good to Have

• Experience in GCC, consulting, market research, or technology research
• Interest in AI, data science, and emerging technologies
• Exposure to framework-based research such as benchmarking or maturity models
