Key Responsibilities:

B. Sourcing talent:
1. Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to source candidates.
2. Engage in proactive outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for our open positions.
3. Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
C. Recruitment support:
1. Assist recruitment professionals in the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positions are closed efficiently.
2. Contribute to improving the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggestions based on candidate feedback and market research.
