Upstox is looking for Research & Insights Intern:-

The Role:

If you're someone who finds joy in interacting with people, enjoys having deep conversations, then this role is for you! We're looking for a passionate individual who is keen to interact with consumers on a daily basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to users, scheduling conversations with them and moderating discussions on various topics relevant to different work streams at Upstox. We're seeking individuals with a proactive mindset, a knack for conversing with users and an unwavering dedication to making things happen.

What You'll Own

You'll work alongside other passionate moderators and researchers, solving business challenges through multiple deep dive researches, thereby contributing to problem solving at many levels. Your role will involve:

Qualitative

Calling relevant TG and inviting them for a research discussion

Carrying out research discussions / moderations in accordance with the objectives of the study and discussion guide

Transcription of completed user sessions in an excel format after the discussions

Quantitative

Scripting survey questionnaires and creating survey links

Emailing questionnaires using CRM tools

Scorecard preparation

Apart from the above, the role would also involve managing other operational activities like Interacting with other teams for inputs (databases, prototypes, etc.), maintaining repositories, logs, etc., wherever required

Who You Are

2 months - 1 year of Market research experience or internship in a market research agency / company handling user interactions for both qualitative and quantitative studies

A grasp of survey / scripting platforms will be a bonus

The ability to thrive independently, seizing opportunities and adapting swiftly to the demands of a dynamic environment.

A team player with a can-do attitude, eager to absorb knowledge and evolve professionally.

Must-Haves:

Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT

Good conversational abilities

Fluent in English, Hindi (Any other regional language will be a bonus)
