• Work on ReSA and RMS applications for support, development, and testing activities
• Write and optimize PL/SQL queries for retail data processing and reporting
• Assist in application maintenance and production support activities
• Perform scripting using Unix Shell for automation and system tasks
• Support integration and troubleshooting in Oracle Retail environments
• Collaborate with teams for issue resolution and enhancement implementation
• Work with Pro*C and other Oracle-related development tools where required
