Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Desktop Engineer at Ahmedabad location as a Field Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, installing software, and ensuring the smooth operation of operating systems. This is a Field job.
Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting desktop computers and providing technical support
Knowledge of operating systems and software installation
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
A degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus
