We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Sriperumbudur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, with a focus on producing high-quality components.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations needed.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator with 2-10 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
- Ability to perform precise measurements using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
