Requirement Engineer/ System Engineer

Role DescriptionJD-Tasks:

- You are end-to-end responsible to coordinate and drive the import of requirements specification starting from prioritization, translation, import, revision and release of requirements in direct contact with developers

- You are steering the translation process which involves AI-based translation tools and external translation offices

- You perform the import and revision of existing requirements specifications and revise them so that they comply with today's requirements engineering templates

Required Skills & Experience:

- Masters degree in Engineering, preferably in Systems Engineering

- Minimum 3 years experience & max to 8-10 years in Requirements Engineering, preferably in Systems Engineering/

- Good experience in Requirements Engineering & MBSE Tools, preferably Siemens Polarion and MagicDraw/Cameo Systems Modeler

- Good organisational skills, Ability to drive and coordinate work processes

- Experience in supporting, coaching and/or training engineering teams, preferably in Requirements and/or Systems Engineering

- Very good skills in oral and written English

Skills in scripting languages (e.g. interfaces accessing APIs), Artificial Intelligence/Chatbots and AI-based translation appreciated
