We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer to lead our training programs in Data Science & Analytics and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor students through practical, real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver live online/offline training sessions on Data Science, Analytics, and Full Stack Development (MERN/MEAN stack preferred)
- Create structured lesson plans, assignments, and project work aligned with industry standards
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to students
- Evaluate students performance and provide constructive feedback
- Update course content regularly to reflect the latest industry trends and tools
- Collaborate with the content and placement team to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistics, and Data Visualization tools (for Data Science)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js / Angular, and MongoDB (for Full Stack)
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for learners
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:- Certifications in Data Science / Full Stack Development
- Experience working on real-world projects or in the tech industry
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and online training tools
