Key Responsibilities:
- Course Content Development: Create comprehensive and engaging course materials tailored to the curriculum's objectives. This includes writing lesson plans, creating multimedia content, and developing interactive learning activities.
- Proofreading and Editing
- Storyboarding & Curriculum Design: Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design curricula that effectively integrate instructional technology and pedagogical best practices.
- Learning Outcomes Evaluation: Align course content with intended learning outcomes, ensuring each module contributes to the overall educational objectives of the program.
- Instructional Strategy Implementation: Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create effective learning experiences. Adapt content and teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Content Updating and Revision: Regularly update course materials to reflect the latest trends, research, and advancements in the subject area.
- Collaboration and Feedback Integration: Work closely with instructors and educational technologists to gather feedback and continuously improve course content and design.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple content development projects, meeting deadlines and adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning technologies and instructional design models.

- Familiarity with the latest trends in educational technology and pedagogy.
Content Tools Proficiency: Word Doc, PPT, Canva
Salary Range: 10K to 15K based on skills, experience, screening, interview and assessment result
Work Place: Equinox Business Park, Ambedkar Nagar, Kurla West, Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070
Workdays: 6 days a week
