Role Summary
Drive regional sales growth, expand distributor networks, and lead the field sales team to hit monthly revenue and volume targets across assigned territories in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets across modern trade, general trade, and distributor networks.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor field sales executives and area representatives.
- Develop trade schemes, promotional strategies, and channel expansion plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with super stockists, distributors, and key retail accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and shelf placement to optimize product visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and territorial management skills.
- Willingness to undertake local field travel across Bangalore territories.
Operations Manager

Role Summary
Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, warehouse management, and distribution logistics to ensure uninterrupted product delivery and optimal inventory turn in the FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily supply chain processes, stock movement, inventory planning, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with regional manufacturing plants, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and distribution centers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize stock leakage/shrinkage, and control warehousing operational costs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, product quality standards, and safety norms within warehouse operations.
- Analyze operational data to optimize fulfillment speed and reduce logistics expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain/warehouse operations within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Tally) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and organizational abilities.
Salary - 35K to 55K with accommodation
