Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Wipro DTS Reqs specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation and solution design, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions using Wipro technologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of digital transformation projects, including business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on Wipro DTS reimplementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored digital solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Wipro DTS best practices and implementation methodologies.
  • Analyze project progress and provide recommendations for improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts, including digitization, automation, and data analytics.
  • Experience working with Wipro technologies, including DTS, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations specialists.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
