Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reports Specialist located in Chennai.

The Reports Specialist shall have any of the following qualifications

1. B.Sc.,,Nursing / Diploma in nursing or
2. FSN/FSND

The Reports Specialist shall be responsible for explaining the lab test report parameters to the customers/ clients and help in clarifying their doubts.

Shall be part of the Operations Team in ensuring accurate data is shared to customers and providing actionable insights, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge about Blood tests and scans
• Ability to converse in both English and Tamil (other languages shall be added advantage)
• Report Writing skills to create clear and comprehensive documentation
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with team members
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment
