Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive MIS reports to support business decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional reporting solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce and EPIC tools for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Create automation solutions using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros to streamline reporting processes.
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of dashboards and reports.
- Perform detailed data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 712 years of relevant experience in MIS, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Mandatory experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with VBA and Excel Macros.
- Experience working with Salesforce and EPIC tools.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in data modeling and DAX (for Power BI).
