Job Description

  • Support Clarion performance analytics team with AuM and performance reporting for a high growth open-end and closed end real estate product line.
  • Liaison between fund administrators and US based parent company to facilitate efficient data transfer to CP US systems.
  • Transition Europe funds to CP US systems.
  • Support capital raise and client services, includingbespoke reporting, preparing recurring marketing materials, RFP, RFI and due diligence information requests.
  • Support Investor and consultant data needs by updating databases containing performance and operations data for our product line.
  • Collaborate with a variety of departments, including research, accounting, asset management and portfolio management teams.
  • Assist with special projects and other business initiatives as needed #ASSOCIATE

What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful

  • Bachelor s degree with major in accounting, finance, mathematics, or economics. Accounting background strongly preferred.
  • 2-4 years direct experience as an accountant, finance analyst in one or more of the following areas: public accounting, real estate or alternative investment management, fund services/administration, investment consulting, pension plan sponsor.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Familiarity with relational database and visualizations tools including SQL server, Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate should be detail oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work overtime during quarterly reporting and special projects.
  • Ability to interface professionally with individuals throughout various departments in the firm as well as third party firms, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, proactive attitude and have the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Regular meetings across US and Europe time zones may require work outside of normal business hours.
