Reporting and Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and analyze data to support business process optimization
• Collaborate with Global Client Service senior management to produce and streamline monthly management information (MI)
• Provide transparency around Client Service and Onboarding activities through reporting
• Prepare and present reports to management; incorporate feedback to drive improvements
• Use data mining techniques to extract insights and identify correlations and patterns
• Organize and transform raw data into understandable structures
• Visualize data using tools to create charts, diagrams, and graphs for easy interpretation
• Monitor data quality and clean corrupted or inaccurate data
• Identify and recommend new metrics or methods to improve efficiency and control
• Engage with the broader Client Services team to understand business drivers behind key risk indicators
• Leverage data analysis and automation tools to expand the performance metrics suite available to management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and database management tools (including Power BI)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strong background in data analysis and business automation tools
• Familiarity with Python scripting, BigQuery, Google Looker, and Tableau (beneficial but not mandatory)
• Understanding of OTC derivative products, trade confirmations, and financial markets (advantageous but not required)
