Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and automate dashboards across platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics Cloud.
  • Analyze multi-channel marketing performance (Meta, Google, Email, Website, etc.) to drive actionable insights.
  • Track and report key KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CLTV, Conversion Rate, Retention, Churn, Funnel Drop-offs, and more.
  • Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to support campaign planning, audience insights, and budget allocation.
  • Create ad hoc reports and present findings to leadership in a clear and visual format.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across tools and teams.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in reporting or data analytics, preferably in a marketing-focused role.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce CRM analytics.
  • Strong command over Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and D2C metrics.
  • Experience working with data from ad platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Email Automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple way.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in SQL, BigQuery, or other database querying tools.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced eCommerce or digital agency environment.
