This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Repair & Maintenance - Residential Property position. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, property troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving repair needs, conducting routine maintenance checks, and interacting with residents or property owners to address their concerns efficiently.

• Proven skills in Appliance Repair, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong abilities in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and effective Communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to handle diverse repair and maintenance needs
• Relevant certifications in property maintenance or related areas are a plus
• Prior experience in residential property management is an advantage
